10 Reasons Why the Hero300 is the Best Value Red Light Therapy Panel in the World

In short

The Hero300™ was our first panel, and every design choice in it was made for output, safety and longevity rather than for the spec sheet: the LED rating, the wavelength mix, single-lens LEDs, low EMF, flicker-free output, and certification and factory testing you can read for yourself.

This post walks through the ten choices and the reasons behind them.

The Hero300 was our very first product for several reasons:

  1. It's an ideal size: ~90cm x 30cm allows you to treat half your body at once
  2. It can be synchronised with other units for larger application areas with HeroSync
  3. It uses 3W bulbs and not 5W bulbs (saves electricity and produces the same brightness!)
  4. It has high irradiance (172mw/cm2 at 6"/15cm)
  5. It has multiple red and near-infrared wavelengths to cover a range of researched sweet spots (not just 2!)
  6. It's durable; made from laser cut steel with medical grade LEDs boasting a 100,000 hour lifetime rating
  7. It's ultra-low EMF (0 at 3”/7.5cm)
  8. It's flicker-free - this means you get constant treatment and avoid uncomfortable quick flashes of light
  9. It's safe - CE, FCC, RoHs, JAS-ANZ and FDA certified; made in TÜV, SGS, ISO9001 and ISO13485 inspected factories
  10. It's priced better than competitors with similar (or worse spec'd!) panels
