Shipping policy

At Red Light Hero, we offer free shipping on most orders above $100, and flat $15 shipping on most orders below $100.

🗓 Shipping Schedule

Non-panel orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days, with tracking numbers provided within the following 1-3 business days. These usually arrive within 3-5 days for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders,

Panel orders are usually dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with tracking numbers provided approximately two days later.

  • Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday → Tracking available by Saturday
  • Orders placed Wednesday–Sunday → Tracking available by Thursday

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible:

  • Orders placed early in the week are typically shipped on Tuesday
  • Orders placed later in the week are typically shipped on Thursday

Delivery times can vary based on your location, however under most circumstances panel orders should be received within 7-14 business days for both domestic and international customers.

Please note these are estimated timelines, and occasional delays may occur depending on order volume or carrier schedules.

🚛 Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • Australia Post
  • Sendle
  • DHL
  • UPS

We are Aussie-based and owned and some of our items are shipped from Australia while others are shipped directly from our supplier's factories in China. Which items are shipped from where can change depending on inventory levels, staffing, and customer location. Anyone is welcome to contact us before placing an order to confirm where their item/s will be shipped from.

The carrier used may vary based on inventory location, destination and shipping method.

💰 Duties & Taxes

Australian Orders
Our free shipping offer includes all applicable import duties and taxes on every item. Australian customers will not incur any additional charges after completing their purchase on our website.

US Orders
We collect tariffs/duties for US orders upon checkout and these are then pre-paid by us to our shipping forwarder. This means US customers will not need to pay additional duties, tariffs or taxes upon receipt of their product/s.

Other International Orders
While we do our best to, we cannot guarantee duty-free shipping for all international customers. That being said, for most countries our free shipping offer uses DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping which includes import duties and taxes for the following items:

  • HS1 Floor Stand
  • HS2 Manual Stand
  • HS3 Electric Stand
  • HS4 Branch Stand

For all other items, we ship international orders by non-DDP air which means, depending on the laws and regulations of your country, you may be required to pay import duties and/or taxes. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Australian Orders
We guarantee customs clearance for all Australian orders.

International Orders
Due to the wide range of global customs regulations, we cannot guarantee customs clearance for international orders. That being said, we do our best to provide international customers a smooth customs clearance experience and so far we have not encountered any problems.

🌍 Free Shipping Availability

Free shipping is available in most locations. However, in rare cases where free shipping isn’t possible we will contact you with options:

  • Pay a shipping fee
  • Choose an alternative delivery method
  • Or receive a full refund
