What's Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Faulty components or parts that fail under normal use
  • Defects present at the time of purchase
  • Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage (drops, spills, physical impact)
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@redlighthero.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]"
  2. Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
  3. Describe the issue and attach photos or video if possible
  4. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with next steps

60-Day Change of Mind Returns

Not completely satisfied? We offer a 60-day return window for change-of-mind returns on all products, provided they are returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See our refund policy for full details.
