HeroFilter™ blocks 100% of blue light (unlike most cheaper options which only block some) and 99.99% of green light to help you optimize your circadian rhythm and improve sleep quality.

Start wearing them around an hour before bed or anytime you're using screens after sunset. Fits over most pairs of prescription glasses (see specifications for maximum width and height) and includes carrying case and cleaning cloth.

Note: The large pair has expandable arms to fit most head sizes while the small size does not and is more suitable for people with petite heads

Research

HeroFilter™ is informed by research into the harmful impacts blue and green light can have on our sleep and circadian rhythm³.

For example, a 2021 Japanese study found the "ratio of deep sleep was significantly decreased in the blue-light exposure group compared to the groups with incandescent light and blue light-blocking glasses".

Likewise, a 1991 UK study found "humans are particularly sensitive to green light, and melatonin output is more readily suppressed by this hue".
