The HeroPanels Elite™ and Hero Series panels and the HeroSpotlight™ lamp are here because their red and near-infrared wavelengths are the ones the eyesight research looks at³. Red Light Panel Eye Protection is here for a spare pair (every Hero Series and Elite panel already comes with goggles), and HeroFilter™ for screens after dark.

Eyes are sensitive, so read the studies and their limits on our improved eyesight research page³ first, and take them to your optometrist if you're unsure. Wear the goggles that come with your panel, and don't stare into it. If you do go ahead, Hero60 Elite™ sits on a desk at whatever distance you set, while Hero300 Elite™ and Hero960 Elite™ cover more of the body from a stand.
